Missing Return/Refund Policy

REMEMBER WE WILL ALWAYS BE THERE TO HELP

We offer returns and exchanges within 3 days on those hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered. Each hair extension comes with a tester in the bottom compartment or at the top compartment of the box. The tester can be used to determine if the colour is a good match or not. Please note that the tester is also a part of the full set and should be shipped back in its original condition with your order whether you want exchange or refund.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN (FAQs)
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Yes, while returning your order you will be bearing your shipping cost. We will deduct the shipping label amount from your total refund. Even if you are using your own shipping label. it is recommended that you send your package with tracking included as we won’t be liable for lost returns.

CAN I GET HELP FINDING A BETTER MATCH?

We will be more than happy to help you find a better match. You can contact us through the details mentioned on our contact us page with the following photos: 

Photo of your hair  in natural lighting so that we can see it fully
Photo of your hair in comparison to the tester given in natural light 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A refund will be provided through the original mode of payment after we have made sure that the extension has not been opened, worn or damaged. It might take 3-5 business days to finalize the hair extension once it has reached the warehouse.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Your new order will be released further after our warehouse has received and inspected your return. All orders usually takes additional 1-2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse, no matter what the shipping method is. 

WILL I BE REFUNDED MY EXPRESS SHIPPING COST?

No. all the amount of the express shipping costs are non-refundable.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN OPENED SET?

No, Human hair extensions are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety with utmost sincerity and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Your package will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven’t been tampered with and if we find the seals have been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or your opened item back.
